Luce narrante

Luce narrante è uno studio di produzione video. Per questo progetto è stato pensato un segno che accompagnasse il nome senza offuscarne la forza evocativa. Si tratta di un acronimo a metà, per metà rappresentato. Alla lettera iniziale della parola luce, rintracciabile attraverso il corsivo ripetuto nella parte testuale, sono state affiancate le virgolette caporali aperte, a completare graficamente l'idea dell'acronimo (narrante). Ai più fantasiosi il risultato potrebbe ricordare il fascio di luce di un vecchio proiettore cinematografico. Sui fogli e sulle buste dei formati di cancelleria è stata inserita una texture, risultante dalla ripetizione orizzontale dell'acronimo, a disegnare anche tipograficamente il filo di un "discorso visivo".

Luce narrante ("Narrating Light") is a filmmaking agency. For this project I designed a graphic sign to accompany the name without obscuring its evocative power. It is a half-acronym, half represented. The initial letter of the word 'luce', detectable through the italic font repeated in the textual part, were combined with the Italian quotation marks 'caporali', used to indicate the opening (and closing) of a direct discourse. The sign graphically completes the idea of acronym (narrante). To the most imaginative audience, the sign might remember the light beam of an old movie projector. On the sheets and the stationery envelopes formats has been inserted a texture, resulting from the horizontal repetition of acronym, to even draw typographically the thread of a "visual discourse".
